The Official Federal Cabinet Minister Candidates is composed of the main party members appointed by the Leader, working and campaigning to develop, formulate and disseminate the party's policy positions and electoral platform. The leader chooses members of the caucus to serve as Federal Cabinet Minister Candidates, and to help them with their campaign strategies and activities in order to be elected throughout their respective Electoral Ridings or Constituencies; and once elected to serve in specific departments, portfolios or subject areas.

International Diplomatic Campaign Ambassadors Team
The International Diplomatic Campaign Ambassadors are appointed by the Leader and Prime Minister of Canada for 2020 as global influential volunteers. The main functions of the Diplomatic Campaign Ambassadors revolve around the representation and promotion of the interests of our political mission through friendly relations with their country of citizenship and residence. The International Diplomatic Campaign Ambassadors also collect and report information that could affect national and international interests, often with advice about how the home country government should respond. Then, once any policy response has been decided in the home country's capital, posts bear major responsibility for implementing it. Thus advancing Canada’s diplomatic relations worldwide.

The International Diplomatic Campaign Ambassadors have the job of conveying, in the most persuasive way possible, the views of the home government to the governments to which they are accredited and, in doing so, to try to convince those governments to act in ways that suit home country interests. In this way, the International Diplomatic Campaign Ambassadors are part of the beginning and the end of each loop in the continuous process through which foreign policy and diplomacy is made.

The National Democratic Voters Framework (NDVF)
The core function of the National Democratic Voters Framework (NDVF) is to educate the public on the various voting, electoral processes, ballot issues, running and elected candidates and the electoral system of Canada by developing and hosting local, provincial, national and international voters frameworks, forums and convention in conjunction with the Civil Rights Party of Canada (CRPC) National Political Caucus (NPC); subsequently building voters relationships with political rationality and informational symmetry in accordance and adherence with the Canada Elections Act and the voting system, and to collect and disseminate public opinions, political and voters polls to strengthening the Party's Policy building and shaping on the following matters:
* Taxation and Fiscal Policy * Federal Budget and the National Debt * Human Rights and Civil Rights * Constitutional Rights * Good Governance and the Economy* Political Parties and Candidates * E-Voters and Voters Rights * Combating Corruption
Accordingly, the National Democratic Voters Framework (NDVF) works in close collaboration and cooperation throughout all federal electoral districts to maximize political public participation and awareness development aiming to strengthen democracy, enhance good governance and the rule of law, and to promote and protect voters relationship with running and elected candidates, with due regard to the rights and responsibilities of voters, thereunto ultimately create a Rules-Based Community of shared democratic values, norms and principles to achieve a standard of common adherence to good conduct among political candidates, elected Member of Parliaments (MPs) by consolidating and strengthening voting cohesiveness and harmony, contributing to democratic, voters participatory and transparent community capacity building.
The National Democratic Voters Framework (NDVF) also promotes political development in adherence to the principles of democracy, the rule of law and good governance, respect for and promotion and protection of voters rights and fundamental freedoms as inscribed in the Civil Rights Party of Canada (CRPC) Code of Honour and Ethics, and shall be a means by which the National Electoral Council (NEC), the Inter-Governmental Commission (IGC) and the National Political andSecurity Committee (NPSC) can pursue closer interaction and cooperation with voters to forge shared norms and create sustainable electoral mechanisms to sustain voters representation and participation in the political democratic and governmental fields.
